Flash: Honey, I Shrunk Team Flash

It’s become a given on most of the CW shows that a scene showing a normal domestic event is going to go strange at best, bad at worst. When “Honey, I Shrunk Team Flash,” opens with Joe trying to figure out how to build a crib, you just know something’s going to happen.

Supergirl: For Good

Do you have any idea what my deductible is?

The Supergirl versus Reign story continues in “For Good,” which seems like an apt title for Supergirl in general. Kara is having strange visions of Reign and her fellow world-killers (such a cheery title) and goes in to the DEO to find no one has really made any progress.

Agents of SHIELD: Best Laid Plans

The Agents of SHIELD are finally getting their footing under them in this dark future as they deal with the “Best Laid Plans.” Mac, Yoyo, and Flint have teamed up and brought in some others to start showing the Kree that humans aren’t just mindless sheep.

Arrow: We Fall

The very tense second half of Arrow’s season continues with “We Fall.” Cayden James is still running around the city with his mob of villains and thugs, the heroes are proving utterly ineffective at stopping him, or even inconveniencing him, and Team Arrow is still split in two factions. Someone needs to collectively slap some sense into all of them, but I don’t see any likely candidates on the horizon.

Black Lightning: Lawanda- The Book of Hope

The second episode of Black Lightning, “Lawanda: The Book of Hope,” starts off with a major contrast going on. On the news, a commentator wonders why Black Lightning is back, and seems both happy and mistrustful about the hero’s return. On the bed, Jefferson Pierce is groaning, in major pain, in the aftermath of his return to action.

Supergirl: Fort Rozz

Since the second half of this season seems to be focusing a great deal on Reign, they need to learn more about her. So it makes perfect sense that this episode would be about trying to gather some intel about her. But to do that, they need to revisit something that was important season one and has largely faded since then. Supergirl and company pay a visit to “Fort Rozz.”

Arrow: Divided

At the mid-season break, Team Arrow was divided when Dinah, Rene, and Curtis quit the team. With Diggle still suffering from his mysterious nerve malady, that leaves Oliver in the field solo.
