The big crossover, Crisis on Earth X, continues in its third part on Flash. Several of the heroes are in what appears to be a concentration camp, and things are looking grim.
The Crisis on Earth X continues with part two, as Arrow shifts to another night for the fun. Part one ended with Prometheus held captive in the Pipeline, pulling his mask off.
Last year, the big CW-verse crossover was about aliens attacking. This time, the threat comes from somewhere else. Last year, they also made the Supergirl episode barely a part of it, and they fix that this time around.
This episode of Flash has enough flashbacks in it that it could have been part of Arrow.
This episode of Flash parodies a comedy classic for its title with, “When Harry Met Harry.”
Barry and Iris’ wedding is creeping closer, and on any tv show that means it’s about time for some kind of disastrous and/or humorous bachelor/bachelorette party. The title “Girls’ Night Out” should give you an idea about what they’re going to be focusing on, although we see a bit of both sides. It’s also an excuse for a guest star or two, and a new introductory voiceover.

The writers on the various CW shows have been doing a good job of going through DC Comics archives to find random and often obscure characters to bring to live action, often for the first time. This week, they use one that actually did start off as a supporting character for the Flash before going on to join the Justice League.
Last episode, lurking bad guy The Thinker hinted there were more new metas for Team Flash to deal with. That’s a big part of this episode, as the team faces a new version of a minor DC Comics character.
