Doom Patrol: Flex Patrol
If there’s an odd character running around, especially if they are associated with the Doom Patrol, odds are good that Grant Morrison is involved somewhere. One of these characters is Flex Mentallo, Man of Muscle Mystery.

They have managed a few good surprises in the second season of Krypton, and a lot of the writing has gotten better. The twists have made sense and haven’t been, “Oh, let’s throw this in to shake things up.”
The writers on Krypton got really clever with this episode. There were some great twists and turns along the way that I did not see coming.
The group has been through a lot, and seen enough to doubt themselves. But with the progress they have been making, some faster than others, they are beginning to function better.
The end is almost here. After five fun seasons, iZombie is about to wrap up. This, the second-to-last episode, has the arguably confusing title of “Bye, Zombies,” which makes it sound like the finale. Instead, it’s a lot of build up to, “How are they possibly handling all this in one episode?”
The puns on Zod’s name continue with, “Zods and Monsters.” Personally, I think that’s a bit redundant, since Zod is a monster in my book, but there are a few others in this episode.
“Frances Patrol” offers several of them a chance to come to grips with their pasts, and look for some degree of closure. The episode is short on action, mostly a character driven piece, and I think it’s one of their better ones.
Things are both ratcheting up and winding down as the end of iZombie comes closer and closer. They once again manage to balance an entertaining murder of the week and the major plotlines moving forward.
Krypton didn’t have a mid-season finale, but the halfway point came with a major shock.
At the end of last episode, Jane wasn’t looking too good, and we got a small peek inside her head. We get a lot more of that this episode, as Cliff ends up learning more about his teammate than he expected to.
