Legends of Tomorrow: Egg MacGuffin

The Legends face a threat from within, which claims a few you’d never expect. There’s also several nods to one of my favorite movies, some movement on a romance, and a subplot that’s been floating around for quite a while comes to a head.

Supergirl: American Dreamer

This season of Supergirl has been ugly, mirroring a lot of what’s happening in current American politics. After last episode, Kara decided that Supergirl might be doing more harm than good, and has put her cape away for a while to focus on “exposing” Lex Luthor.

Titans: Hank and Dawn

The Titans only have 11 episodes in their first season. Compared to a lot of shows, that’s not a lot of time. So it makes the choice to devote all of episode nine, “Hank and Dawn,” to the Hawk and Dove characters we haven’t seen since episode three very puzzling to me.

Flash: Snow Pack

Things are speeding along towards the end of the season on the Flash. Barry made a rash decision last episode, and that causes a lot of complications for this one.

Arrow: Spartan

The struggle with the Ninth Circle continues, as Team Arrow clashes with evil half-sister Emiko and Dante, we learn some of Diggle’s past that confirms a fan theory that’s been around for years, or seems to, and things get more complicated with Felicity’s Archer project in two different eras.

Flash: Godspeed

Last episode, the team learned Nora’s big secret. This episode deals with the fallout, and gives us some insight about how things happened. Essentially, it’s the secret origin of Nora West.

Legends of Tomorrow: Seance and Sensibility

Following up on the surprises at the end of “The Get Away,” things aren’t off to a great start for the team in “Séance and Sensibility.” The title is a fairly obvious pun, giving a hint of what’s to come. There are a lot of strange things in this episode, including a funeral, a…

Arrow: Lost Canary

The titular hero takes a backseat on his own show once again to give some other characters air time. A recent subplot takes center stage, more of Emiko’s background is investigated, and another character takes their leave.
