The end is almost here for Team Flash… of the season, that is. Now that they have everyone back together and on the same side, they need to figure out a way to stop Cicada II, or She-Cada as she’s been dubbed (I admit, that name is growing on me).
Last episode, the team decided to cover up two murders and commit obstruction of justice, but they’re the good guys. Or the less bad ones at this point, I guess.
The Legends of Tomorrow are heading for the end of their season full steam ahead. They have possessed teammates, hypnotized friends, and a time-lost warlock to deal with, among other complications.
Continuing this season’s tradition of reusing titles, “This Deadly Secret” came from Power Man and Iron Fist 99, back in 1983. The triad issues inch forward, Danny gets told some confusing things, and Colleen makes a few discoveries of her own.
Supergirl and company are heading for her finale as things build to a head with Ben Lockwood and his anti-alien thugs on one side, and various heroic characters on the other. There are a few surprises, a new twist on a familiar face, and a revelation about someone in power.
After five seasons, Gotham finally comes to an end. There was a lot of speculation about how it would end, and, among the fans, some worry. We didn’t need to worry. I think it was a perfect ending, and, for what they did, we couldn’t have had a better title.
The second episode of Iron Fist’s second, and regrettably last, season has the looming Triad war looking more and more likely, if not inevitable. Peace is not an easy thing among bitter enemies, and there are a few outside agents making things worse.
After last episode’s puzzling choice to focus on two minor characters, we get back to the main story with only one episode after this.
The motif of the record store as some kind of supernatural crossroads popped up earlier this season. It gets looked at a lot more closely in this episode, which is mostly different versions of Tandy’s life.
