Luke Cage is back for his second season, and the “Hero of Harlem” has problems coming for him. “Soul Brother #1” is the first episode of the season, and it starts the set up after a helpful recap of first season.

I’m fairly well-read in most superhero comic books. I don’t manage to read everything, because I don’t have that kind of time or money. Marvel’s Runaways is one of the properties I know next to nothing about, so I was intrigued when I heard it was getting made in to a live action series on Hulu.

Things are looking bad for a lot of the main characters on Cloak and Dagger. “Back Breaker” is well named. Tyrone got what he wanted and nothing’s better, Tandy had her dreams smashed, and O’Reilly suffered a major tragedy last time. Now they all have to deal with it.
After the disturbing end of “Pork Chop,” Jessica has a lot to deal with in “AKA Three Lives and Counting.”
I’ve heard some people complaining about the slow build in Cloak and Dagger. Personally, I’m enjoying it and I think it’s fine storytelling.
