Supergirl: American Dreamer

This season of Supergirl has been ugly, mirroring a lot of what’s happening in current American politics. After last episode, Kara decided that Supergirl might be doing more harm than good, and has put her cape away for a while to focus on “exposing” Lex Luthor.

Cloak and Dagger: Alignment Chart

Cloak and Dagger seems to be very fond of using one character’s talking to narrate the actions of several others. That comes up several times in this episode. It works as narrative device if it’s done well, and I have been continuously impressed by the writing on this series.

Titans: Hank and Dawn

The Titans only have 11 episodes in their first season. Compared to a lot of shows, that’s not a lot of time. So it makes the choice to devote all of episode nine, “Hank and Dawn,” to the Hawk and Dove characters we haven’t seen since episode three very puzzling to me.

Flash: Snow Pack

Things are speeding along towards the end of the season on the Flash. Barry made a rash decision last episode, and that causes a lot of complications for this one.

Arrow: Spartan

The struggle with the Ninth Circle continues, as Team Arrow clashes with evil half-sister Emiko and Dante, we learn some of Diggle’s past that confirms a fan theory that’s been around for years, or seems to, and things get more complicated with Felicity’s Archer project in two different eras.

Cloak and Dagger: Rabbit Hold

In the months between seasons, Cloak and Dagger both practiced with their powers and gained some new ones. That’s been both complicating and enriching this season, with some cool new tricks from both characters, and a lot better control.
