The Boys: The Name of the Game

While I consider myself a big hero fan, I can’t watch everything at once. Sometimes, this results in me taking a while to get to something that’s been out for some time. That’s the case with The Boys, which I’m just starting now.

Superman and Lois: The Perks of Not Being A Wallflower

The first episode was fantastically well done, and I admit, I wondered if that was just kind of major effort for their start and things would trail off. So far, they haven’t. The show has done well with the characters, the writing, the acting, and respecting the Superman mythos but still blazing their own trail.

Flash: Speed of Thought

It’s safe to say that nothing goes according to plan as Barry gains a new power and it causes a lot of complications. Thankfully, Cisco and Caitlin are back for the “Speed of Thought.”

Superman and Lois: Heritage

The first episode of Superman and Lois impressed the hell out of me, and, as a life-long hero-geek, that’s not the easiest thing to do, especially with a character that’s never been one of my favorites. Apparently, I wasn’t the only one, as after just one episode, the show was renewed for a second season.

Doom Patrol: Wax Patrol

Like many shows in 2020, the Doom Patrol had to change things around a lot due to the COVID pandemic. What was supposed to be ten episodes became nine, and there was a lot of scrambling to wrap up the season.
