Legends of Tomorrow: The Need for Speed

One thing you can say about the Legends of Tomorrow is that they aren’t afraid to shake things up. Almost the entire original cast is gone, and the focus of the series has shifted over and over again. Now the team is trapped in 1925 with no ship, and the Waverider did a lot for them in terms of day to day needs.

Stargirl: Summer School, Chapter 11

The great evil of Eclipso was released by Cindy Burman AKA Shiv, Stargirl’s nemesis, and the town has been paying for it, especially those nearest and dearest to Courtney. While the titular plotline has been pretty much dropped as part of the story, the evil of Eclipso continues in “Summer School, Chapter Eleven.”

Batwoman: Mad as a Hatter

Last season had a lot happen on Batwoman, but one of the things I was most glad to see was that she won’t be alone in the field anymore. Batwoman was the only Arrowverse hero without backup, and that’s finally changed as Luke Fox became more like his comic book self and donned the Batwing armor.

Stargirl: Summer School, Chapter Ten

Eclipso’s rampage in Blue Valley continues. Stargirl’s new JSA has been pretty much taken apart, and now there’s a lot of strain among the members who remain. We see family tension, a few different ideas of ways to help, and an unexpected visit among other things in this episode.

Supergirl: Magical Thinking

The final season of Supergirl is, in my opinion, dragging. I don’t know if they’re suffering from bad writing, bad editing, or some combination, but a lot of what’s going on isn’t really making sense. I really liked this series when it came out, and some of my favorite characters are on this show, but this just really isn’t working.

Supergirl: The Gauntlet

The sixth and final season of Supergirl is heading for the series finale as the “Superfriends” clash with the evil Nxy and her alien sidekick, Mitch. The opposing factions are now racing to find special totems to give them what they need to defeat each other.
