Titans: Aqualad

Last episode of the Titans ended with a serious cliffhanger, Jason Todd getting captured through a combination of overconfidence and poor planning. To prolong the suspense, this episode ignores that situation entirely, being set roughly five years ago.

Batwoman: The Rabbit Hole

The pilot episode established the basics of what we needed to know about Batwoman, introducing the various characters, some back story, and at least the broad outlines of the status quo.

Flash: Into the Void

Season Five of The Flash ended on a serious downbeat, as the future was rewritten and Nora/XS was erased from the present. It was a shocking surprise, and an unexpected end to the season.

Supergirl: Event Horizon

In the fifth season of Supergirl, there are a lot of changes to the show. I have to say, overall, I don’t care for the ones I’ve seen so far, or most of the ones I hear are coming. Hopefully, if nothing else, they will at least stop clubbing us over the head with modern morality plays.

Titans: Ghosts

We’ve gotten a lot of hints about a tragedy in the history of the first team of Titans in this universe. We got a lot more hints, but no real details, as the season goes on.

Batwoman: Pilot

The CW has been doing a good to great job of adapting the DC Universe to live action, depending on the show and/or episode. The majority of the shows are in a shared universe, like the Marvel/Netflix ones were, and they’ve been doing a good job of building a comprehensive world.

Swamp Thing: He Speaks

The small swamp town of Marias can’t catch a break, and nothing is getting any better. The disease is still out of control, the CDC hasn’t pulled a miracle out of their bag of tricks, and there are strange things happening in the swamps.
