Across the Spider-Verse

Into the Spider-Verse was a great story and a fantastic adventure. I was excited when they said there would be another movie, and it was worth the wait. Across the Spider-Verse is finally here, and it definitely doesn’t disappoint.

Dark Crisis: Big Bang

Dark Crisis: Big Bang felt like an epilogue, which was an odd choice as it came out the week before the final issue of Dark Crisis.

Superman and Lois: Waiting for Superman

The second season of this fantastic show ends with “Waiting for Superman,” which will hopefully wrap up the Ally Alston saga, and resolve a few other issues. With this being a season finale, there will be some spoilers

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is the 28th film in the MCU, and another impressive addition to the narrative of the larger universe. While most of the movies can be watched on their own, this one has some stronger ties to past projects. In my opinion, essential viewing before this one is WandaVision, with Spider-Man: No Way Home and the first Doctor Strange movie very helpful to understanding many of the references.

Naomi: Fallout

There have been a lot of surprises throughout Naomi’s first season. Some of them have clearly been planned, and some of them are just things that I’ve been wondering about that seem to be going on as unexplained and unnoticed.

No one seems quite sure what’s coming next, and there are geek references a-plenty in “The Fellowship of the Disc.”

Last episode ended on a bummer of a note, as the Monitor dropped by to erase Nora’s goodbye message and bring grim tidings to Barry and Iris. There’s been a lot of advance buzz about the major crossover coming this winter, and this episode definitely contributes to the hype.
