DC continues to try and catch up to Marvel’s movie dominance with their latest offering, Aquaman.
I’ve been reading comics since the mid 1980’s, and watching the movies and tv shows as they come along. Let’s just say I’ve seen a lot of them, and enjoyed most of them. All that said, and admitting I had a few reservations going in, I’m going to say Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse might be the best Spider-Man movie I’ve seen,
I don’t think I’ve seen a bad movie from Marvel Studios yet. I’ll grant I’m not wild about the Hulk, but I’ve never really liked the character (barring Peter David’s amazing run on the comic) and I’m not sure how much that one counts considering they recast the main character and the teased villain was never followed up on.
“I love superheroes!” enthuses Winston Deavor, one of the major players in Incredibles 2, and it’s pretty clear that writer/director/Edna Mode Brad Bird does as well.
Legos have been around a long time.
It’s really hard to review Avengers: Infinity War while meeting two criteria: 1) No Spoilers and 2) Not just typing WOW over and over again.
Take Captain America’s physical equal, give him Tony Stark’s resources and tech, and the complications Thor has of being a member of the royal family and you start, but only start, to get an idea about who and what the Black Panther is.
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…
My review of the Justice League movie is going to have a few spoilers below. Be warned. Proceed at your own risk. All that good stuff.
