Dying and coming back is a trope in superhero stories. The list of heroes who haven’t died and returned is probably a lot shorter than the ones that have.
Batwoman’s second season has been really impressive. They’ve combined action, character growth, and social issues into a compelling, ongoing narrative. Until this one.
Nothing goes to plan, even by Legends standards, and a lot of weirdness happens as they try, borrowing a phrase, “To put right what once went wrong.” They give a nice nod to a classic sci fi novel (and less classic movie) with the title “I Am Legends.”
The Flash hits the last episode before the big Crisis On Infinite Earths takes over the DC CW-verse. Last time, Barry got taken over by Bloodwork (that’s just not an intimidating name for a villain), leaving the team without their most powerful member.
