Flash: Fury Rogue

I have been saying for a while now that I was disappointed, overall, in most of the CW/DC Universe shows this season, the exceptions being Legends of Tomorrow and the debut of Black Lightning (which was amazing). I don’t know if this is just an outlier or a hopeful sign of things changing, but this episode of The Flash was one of the better ones they’ve done in a long time.

Flash: Infantino St.

The penultimate episode of Flash for the season is here with “Infantino Street.” Carmine Infantino is a legendary DC Comics writer. Among his many credits is creating the Silver Age version of the Flash, Barry Allen. So it was a really nice nod to Barry’s own creator, although I’m not sure how he’d feel about…

Flash: New Rogues

This week’s Flash begins with a bit of a flashback (no pun intended for once). We see more events the night of the infamous particle accelerator explosion at STAR Labs. Interestingly I didn’t realize that Captain Cold/Leonard Snart had his trademark gun back then. In fact, I’m pretty sure I remember Cisco invented it after Barry got his powers as a way to stop him if he had to. So I guess this is somehow a ripple from Flashpoint, although that seems a bit thin since these events happened so long before Barry started time traveling.
